Keep getting charge but I canceled membership already would like to speak with someone who can help

Unnecessarily hard to cancel
After paying a cancellation fee of 60 dollars and sending in a pointless letter to them. I am still being charged for my membership with them.
On their website there is no contact information where a person can get ahold of customer service. They only have the numbers of their available gyms. But when I called and asked them about this issue I'm having. Im left with them telling me they cannot do anything with my account and that I have to call their corporate office.
I was never given their number and also told that my account expires several months from now but I will still be charged until then. I understand that times are hard with everything going on in the world but this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with any gym membership. Never again will I get a membership with EP fitness.
The gyms arent clean either, the only reason why I had gotten a membership there was because of their free bar equipment, but other than that. Absolutely a waste of anyones money.

Unaware charge
Hello Im contacting you to inform you that I had signed up with you guys for the regular $10 membership in May then I had upgraded to the all access membership in September. When doing so I specifically asked your employee if I would get charged twice for the annual fee and he said I wouldnt.
Well I did and I when I went back to tell him he explained to me why I got charged. Im just upset because I did ask him if I was going to get charged again to prevent this and he assured me I wouldnt. However, if I hadnt asked him why wasnt this extra charged explained to me when I upgraded?
I obviously wouldnt have done it. I pay for my college so this extra charge really affected me and I really need my money back ASAP please, thank you for your time!
User's recommendation: If you plan on upgrading just start off with the upgraded membership otherwise you’ll get charged twice without knowing for the annual fee!
