Ever since moving to El Paso, I have looked through a number of gyms, EP Fitness has been the best out of all of them. Customer service was great, explained in detail all about how to cancel, and annual fees and given the best price to fit my budget. I was surprised that they would tell me the lower prices, as some gyms I've been to, don't say anything until after the fact. I have not had any issues with my billing, but I keep my stuff up to... They kept charging me even though the location for my membership was closed. Moved out of town and rep told me i had to go in person to cancel. Revoked right to debit account literally theft at this point.

Years ago ep fitness signed me up for 2 memberships without telling me they took money out of my account twice a month. I visited the gym to get it straightened out and the manger there was awful. He wouldn't look me in the eye and kept telling me he had to talk to corporate to see if they could cancel my second membership. He never helped me at all. They don't know how to sign up customers. They don't know how to bill. Then they don't want to pay for their mistakes. Beware of Janet, Melissa, Vivian, and Joseph. They are pretend to get things done but all they do is pass the blame! Ep Fitness is quick to charge any account even when they forget to charge! But try to ask for a refund to make things right and forget it. They will find every reason they can to never give your money back! So... Read more

Stay away these are coached *** artists I was pretty much haggled out of the gym with a 200$ fine to get out the contract and on top of that there monthly payments WENT UP AND UP they want you in periodic debt.After 4 years they contact me and literally try to scam me over accusations out of the blue on supposed balances and open accounts when I ask for proof and them to fax it over they give me coached run arounds. I know that there are no bags allowed on the floors...I attend Resler. However, I strictly use the cardio room. In my bag are my running shoes, medicine ball, ab ball, 2 towels. Yesterday, an employess interrupted me on the treadmill, to inform me gym bags were not allowed on the floor. OK I reply. Horrible company and management and contracts! I put up witj their service for about 4 years and was charged about $200 in annual fees, member fees, and other fees that were not ever mentioned all in one month charge. Spoke to one specific manager at Montwood location who said she'd email corporate to see what they could do and told me tht corporate had no number to be contacted at and they only go through email. They jus shove you into contracts and dont even go into details about cancelling fees or anything and then your *** to pay the cancelling fees. they suck and this is the last year ill be with them iam getting out as soon as my contract is over they suck *** and soo do the staff they are of no help.

Dont like the manager George on resler lying to me about golds gym going out of business. Told me ep fitness was contacted by Golds gym owner asking if they would take over lease.

I cancelled my EP Fitness membership on January 19, 2016. I was told I would also be charged February's membership since I cancelled after my automatic withdrawal date of January 15, 2016. I was told EP Fitness has a 30 cancellation policy. EP Fitness, as promised, withdrew my February membership fee.
